One of the most beautiful island in the Adriatic
Welcome to the Island of Korcula - one of the most beautiful island in the Adriatic, the sixth largest island and the second most populated island in Croatia (around 16 000 inhabitants).
The three most important settlements on the island are: Korcula-the heart of the island - called little Dubrovnik, Blato - the richest town on the island, and Vela Luka - a relatively new town with the highest number of people (4 100 inhabitants).
The town of Vela Luka lies on the western part of the island of Korcula, and it is located at the bottom of a very deep bay indented by numerous coves and slopes; it is covered with vineyards, olive trees, figs and pine trees.

Zavalatica - Žitna bay.
Badija - the largest islet in Korcula archipelago with a Franciscan monastery and church. Taxi boat is located 50m in the direction of the waterfront. Round-trip costs 20kn.
Lumbarda - Pržina sandy beaches, ideal for children.
Pupnatska luka - the most beautiful beach on this part of the island.
Vaja - Racisce. Beautiful beach behind Racisce village. We suggest that you visit the beach in the morning, before the mistral wind.
